Jason Law is a dedicated public servant, experienced law enforcement leader. He is a committed community advocate with more than 25 years of service protecting and strengthening the region he calls home. As a Lieutenant Colonel and one of the area’s senior police officials, Jason holds operational responsibility for more than 1,300 personnel. Thus, bringing disciplined leadership, sound judgment, and accountability to complex public safety operations.

Elected Mayor of Lake Saint Louis in 2021, Jason has delivered measurable results for residents. Under his leadership, the city expanded its police department by 35 percent, contributing to a 45 percent reduction in crime. Through disciplined fiscal management and early bond repayment, Lake Saint Louis achieved a 46 percent reduction in property taxes. As a result, it now stands as one of the few debt-free cities in the region. Jason has also prioritized economic growth, helping attract more than $500 million in private investment and new construction. This has strengthened the city’s tax base while maintaining its high quality of life.

Prior to serving as mayor, Jason represented Ward 3 as Alderman from 2014 to 2021. This is where he earned a reputation for principled decision-making, transparency, and a steady focus on public safety, fiscal responsibility, and responsible growth.

A resident of Lake Saint Louis since 2008, Jason and his wife, Kristin, are proud to be raising their children; Harper, Savannah, and Phillip, in the community they love. He is an active member of Immaculate Conception of Dardenne Parish and can often be found coaching youth sports or supporting his kids at their games. Jason Law guides his leadership with service, integrity, and a genuine commitment to being a good neighbor to everyone he represents.
